My wife and I decided to get an elliptical during the pandemic, and the tools are very helpful for maintenance with the machine.

Scheduled delivery and setup of elliptical for June 26 between 7am and 1pm... by 2:38pm no one had shown up or called. I called and was told that they don't deliver to my area on Saturdays (even though they scheduled me for a Saturday delivery). They rescheduled me for the following Tuesday between 7am and 1pm. At 11:30am I decided to call just to verify delivery and I was assured that my delivery would take place by 1pm. At 1:30pm they still hadn't shown up or called. I was on hold for an hour and when I was put on hold so that they could contact the delivery company, I was disconnected. Called back and enjoyed another hour listening to hold music and was told that the delivery company would still be coming and should call soon. At 5:15pm still hadn't shown up or called. So I decided to call and cancel my order; however, while I was on hold the delivery company called and said they would be there at 6:30pm. So I decided I would just wait until then. They did show up at 6:30pm and said the install would only take and hour... three hours later they finally finished the install. The handles that move back and forth while walking were installed completely upside down. I had to take them apart and put them back together. It was a frustrating process from start to finish...

This exercise bike is sturdy and easy to use. You can set your own program and also registers your heart rate. I love it!
