I was able to get this at a good price so I bought it even thought I wasn't that interested in it. The movie itself is okay but the 3d is well done which I liked. It has some nice depth to it.

Everything about the movie is cool, visuals, sound, the sets, and effects. There were some things that were kinda rushed, but at 2&1/2 hours, I get it. It could have easily been a 4 hour movie.

Whether you are religious or not this is an entertaining movie to watch. Good story and acting and some very impressive special effects. Looks and sounds great on Bluray.

The story of Moses & the Jewish People's escape from slavery inspired me to believe in each person's birthright to deliver oneself from oppression & servitude, no matter what form it may take today. Never let your dreams be defeated by obstacles that may stand powerfully against your progress & self-esteem. I bought this DVD so I could watch it whenever I needed a reminder of my own inner strength.

I liked this version of the story of Moses. If you have 3D capabilities it definitely adds to the experience. The story was a little different than the original but it was very well done.

This one was a blind buy for me but looking forward to watching the movie & the extensive documentary. Fan of any Christian Bale movie & also Joel Edgerton being in this one helps to.

I enjoyed this movie in the theaters, and immediately added it to my list of movies to buy. Big Hit!!! It's a little slow starting, but once the action kicks in, it gets better and better.

It was pretty good. I like the director's take on the movie. To me he took a softer biblical view. But it was definitely still there. He made Moses look like a nut job. Talking to himself.

I wanted to see this movie at the movies but didn't get the chance so I purchased it without seeing it while it was out but was pleased with the overall movie a great add to the collection

this is one of my favorite noah movies of all time. great cast of actors, every aspect in the movie may not be accurate but i liked the way the story was told.

I felt the movie was good, but it strayed to far from the biblical story of the exodus. The special effects were great and did an outstanding job of showing the plagues that befell Egypt.

This is a very good movie telling of a story we're all familiar with from Sunday school. Bale is great as he always is, and the special effects are not overdone, and a great compliment

Bought this to add to my 3D collection -- very few movies are available in 3D. I haven't watched it yet. I didn't buy it for its great movie potential but for how it handles 3D.

I really liked the movie. My son did too and I had a little explaining to do because he did not get it all. I really enjoyed the movie and liked it very much. I have always been a big biblical kind of man so it was very good. I have already recommended it to my Mother and she will get it soon. I will watch it many more times because I always seem to miss something that I should have seen.

I'm a new follower of Christianity, and this definitely helped fill some gaps. Not that this replaces reading, but it's a good history lesson, good story, and depicted well on screen.

This shows a more human Moses with a case of being at the right place at the right time, rather than having the power of God in the staff that he held. Still, pretty epic tho.

This is a solid movie that chronicles the Hebrew Exodus out of Egypt. The story is very well known and you see all of the major events throughout the film. There are some elements, such as the depiction of God, that are divisive, but overall, it is worth seeing and you can understand the intention and the grandeur Scott is trying to bring. As far as special effects, the plagues and the parting of the Red Sea are beautiful to watch. It might not be the Charlton Heston classic, The Ten Commandments, but few movies are. Give is a watch

There are some elements in the movie that go into greater detail about stories involving the exodus that I didn't know! I love learning these nuances that I wasn't aware of before!

This is not the Ten Commandments, played by the late Charlston Heston. But it follows the story of the 1955 version. I watched it in 3D and was very pleased with the special effects.
