delivered OK no problems glad to have this service

CoVid compliant and know how to install washer but did not have an extra zip tie to replace the broken one that came with the unit. Tried tying the plastic into Knots to keep the hose and water line to drain. I had to go out to Lowes and purchase a pack of zip ties to install myself.

Refrigerator installed nicely. Delivery guys knew what they were doing

Delivery and customer service with Best buy is fantastic. They took care of everything! The delivery driver, Andrew, out of the North Little Rock AR store, is the nicest person and so helpful.

Delivery was fast and no issues with products or damage.

The BestBuy Geek Squad delivered a LG TV to our home and took time to set it up for us. We live 35 miles from any BestBuy and we still got free delivery because we signed up for the Total Tech protection service.

Very quick, easy, and helpful with delivery. They called on arrival and were accommodating to our parking preference.

They will deliver anywhere but will charge a delivery fee even with total tech membership which I thought was ridiculous

Had to have my 65 inch Samsung TV delivered to my home. The person that game out feom Best. It did a great job. He got it out of the box for me and set up. It was worth it for me to get it delivered since I am disabled. There is now way I could have gotten the TV out of the box!

worth the money. all appliances are made NOT TO LAST these days. usually about 3-4 yrs. so these warranties are excellent

We don't like having to pay extra for delivery. We only live 25 miles from Casper. Big cities do further deliveries than that.

Delivery of a 55" TV out of area for $20 - Cant beat that! The guy delivered when promised, undamaged.

Because of our location, we had to wait a couple of weeks for the delivery. No complaint about that. The guys were great - worked fast and efficiently. They even petted the neighbor's dog. Did their thing and were gone.

Agent came out to our home which is numerous miles from closest store. He was there when he said he would be.

Was very nice to have my tv shipped to my house about 30 miles away with no extra cost.

The service in the San Juan Store was too bad. We tell them 3 times that change the Fisical Location to deliver the merchandise, but they dont did it. We was supposted to received the refrigerator in 2 weeks and now with the change to the correct location, we had to wait another week without refrigerator (3weeks are not reasonable) and really I cant recommend Best Buy. I had to wait too much time for something that I paid in cash.
