The delivery option was ok for the price but the schedule got mixed up due to illness of driver. But Delivery dept fixed the problem the next day and problem solved. Thank You Best Buy!

The store did not advise a contract installation company would handle the install. The salesperson scheduled our install, with first avail date, more than a week out. We received emails from Best Buy leading up to that install date, verifying it was still on as originally scheduled. Day of install, no verifying text as to an approximate arrival time. Contacted Best Buy and were transferred to the Contractor. They told us, they don’t install in our area on Tuesdays. The store made this appointment. Company refused to accommodate in any fashion and we were hung up on. Numerous calls to the Best Buy 800 number subjected us to offshore tele-reps, who were of little assistance. We finally got transferred, for the 6th time, to a Michael, claiming to be out of the Duluth MN area and a sales manager. He apologized for our experienced, stated the contractors have been a nightmare and promised us a $200 credit. No $200 credit has ever been given and now since speaking with a number of Best Buy employees here in Minnesota, none of them know of a “Michael” in that capacity. Because we could not receive ANY satisfaction, we drove the half hour to our store, because you can’t call any store directly or be transferred to it. Expecting to deal with the Store Manager, upon arrival, we ran into the store’s only Best Buy employee who does installations. He apologized for our experience and was able to handle our install within 2 days. He arrived as promised, professionally and personably handled our install. over the years, this was the service we had always come to enjoy and expect from Best Buy!!! Come on Best Buy, we deserve the quality service you use to provide in all aspects! Trying to save money by contracting this service out and not doing a better job at vetting the Contractor, way below the quality Best Buy has/had always been!!!

The delivery guys were so great to work with and made sure everything was working properly before they left. When the dryer was not working properly, they took it back and arranged for a new one to be delivered ASAP.

This is by far the best thing to purchase with any electronics you purchase at bestbuy. I would recommend it to everyone!!

I just wanted them to unload my appliances in my garage and they said it would be no problem to take in house. I told them that was okay garage was fine. They offered to take all the packaging away

I highly recommend this coverage…it’s been very beneficial to us on more than one occasion when we experienced problems. The response time has been pretty good as well.

The installer was great and very professional. He didn’t wasn’t time or damage anything. The two worked together fast and made the installation process quick and easy

It took a day longer for delivery to our home due to location. Crew called day of appointment and asked if they could come early...nice bonus! Truck was packed very organized.

The delivery was right on time and handled very professionally. They removed the old machine, set up the new machine and ran a test cycle to make sure things were connected correctly.

We're just so happy Best buy has been so good to us. Peyton and Brooke have both been amazing to work with. Looking forward to working with them another time.

Surprised at the low cost. Expected to be gouged for delivery outside of the standard area...but it was more like just covering costs.

Installation crew called the day before and confirmed the time they would be there and actually showed up when they said.

The two gentleman that came were very courteous and kind. Did a great job getting the new unit in without any damage to the unit or walls.

The delivery team was great they help setup a beautiful system and where very polite & professional very knowledgeable and helpful yeah geek squad

They called day before to confirm delivery the next day. Didn’t like the 6 hour window for delivery day of but I understand at least they called 1/2 hr before showing up
