My delivery was out of range for a free delivery. I paid a fair amount to Best Buy for delivery, unfortunately on the day i was get my delivery the truck broke down and they had to set another day and time for my delivery. as a curtesy to me they refunded my delivery charge immediately,

In zone 4, Geek Squad has warranty provider do the work. Greek Squad set up the appointment, which is a 8a to 5p window. Serviceman was professional and friendly. Had to order the part, and installed it in a ten day period. Happy with service.

Delivery and set up was a godsend for me. They went right to work. Took out the old tv and brought in the new one. Wired everything up and explained how to use it and several options. They were professional, personable and patient.

They did the install well, were very helpful and on time.

Replacement stove delivery was prompt, courteous, and efficient. On the other hand, trying to contact the STORE was extraordinarily frustrating with auto transfer to a central call center with apparently limited ability to contact or connect customers to actual physical store.

Both the delivery man and Geek Squad employee were extremely nice and installed my washer for me, told me I had to modify the area where the drain tubing went through, and told me how to get the grease worked through all the gears! Very thorough and polite. They helped make this mess of a deal more bearable. Thank you gentlemen! *side note: I haven’t actually used my washer yet, so please take my recommendation with a grain of salt! However, I am very partial to LG and have had nothing but great products from them! Also, should there be any issues with your order functionality they have a great warranty plan and there’s also a 14 day period after it’s delivered to rerun it if you end up hating the appliance!

We do appreciate having delivery which doesn't seem so far, but apparently it's extended. We did not open boxes on appliances immediately and found damage to both items - stove and microwave which wasn't apparent from packaging. But they said this before it got to them during wearhouse lifting.

i purchased a Samsung Q tv , was very pleased with the delivery service, but did have a little difficulty with getting the tv to function to its full extent, it took us over 2 hours to finally get it operational, but the picture is perfect !!! Will need to add a sound bar for perfect viewing.

The new French Door refrigerator - freezer unit was delivered in a quick / timely fashion within the promised two hour window with no problems.
