Had my newly purchased Insignia fridge delivered on a Saturday. The timing was perfect. The delivery men were great at installing the fridge and even swapped the door latches for me. They were quick and professional. I was very pleased

So when the guys came out to deliver my freezer they were very professional and helpful... they had to remove the door to get the freezer in the house ... there was mess to clean up after... i love the way they handled themselves...

So I haven’t had a lot of experience with having stuff delivered, I’m a DYI guy and I hate to pay for someone else to do what I can for free. But with a new washer I decided I would just pay for the delivery. Holy crap did Best Buy do a great job. They called me the day before to make sure I was ready, the day of they texted me reminding me of the appointment, then 15 minutes before they got to me they texted me and called me. If that wasn’t enough both of the delivery guys wore booties on their shoes to keep my home clean, they also wore masks the entire time. Well done Best Buy on having quality employees. You will be my go to for appliance deliveries from now on.

I wish I could give a negative, but 1 is the lowest. My product was delivered an hour before the window started. I was home half hour before the window. Best Buy gave them the old number, even though I made sure they had the correct number. The machine went back to the warehouse, automatically canceled, and now I can't get a refund and they can't get me the machine. The saga is much more complicated, but bottom line all customer service is outsourced overseas so NO one, not even store employees can help me. I have no washing machine and no refund. I've been to the store 5 times, and no one can help me.

Good pro delivery-looks like they actually care for your product during and be 4 delivery. Saw that it was "strapped in" , which being a delivery driver and overtheroad truck driver. I should know when i see "shoody" work.

Deliver my my microwave to my house in excellent good condition. They did excellent job in installing my microwave. Great have the extended warranty which will give you a peace of nind in case something goes wrong with microwave.

Excellent service. Delivery technicians opened box and verified condition of TV and packaged the old TV. Answered all questions patiently and respectfully.

Very pleased with the delivery services offered by Best Buy. They are always punctual and courteous.

Delivery men were very friendly and knowledgable. They were also wearing face masks to prevent the spread of Covid. They removed the refrigerator from its box in order to fit it through the 36 inch wide front door. They brought it by dolly into the kitchen and placed it in front of the area where it was to be installed by my husband. They were very careful not to damage anything in the house as well as the refrigerator itself. They also delivered the electric range into the kitchen.

They delivered on the date scheduled, just not at the time the appointment was set for (7 am to 11am), they arrived later in the afternoon, tying us up for the full day. All appliances were dent free except for the refrigerator. Waiting for replacement but have to wait until their install and delivery policy due to COVID-19 changes as I do not have the ability to install in a refrigerator left curbside to a 3rd floor condo, and then move it to the second floor of the two story condo.

I appreciated the free delivery with the extended area delivery zone it made purchasing from BestBuy a no brainer.
