Excellent delivery, the guys were great, unhooked the old washer and hooked up the new one quickly.

Overall very pleased with how they went about the job. We did take the old refrigerator outside so it was easy removal for them. Only thing that was irritating was trying to help them out to make it easier by giving them a path and this was ignored multiple times. Was trying to make the job easier but didn't seem to care. I have used Best Buy Geek Squad to do multiple jobs and they have always done a great job.

Having the tv delivered was the best option for us, as we could not fit it in our SUV. They were timely & considerate our our home.

Not thrilled. My delivery was cancelled last night. Well tracking the delivery driver I could see they were down the road from my location and should arrive and minute. Nope they ended up driving a different way and canceled my delivery. I called geek squad customer service the only solutions they offered was to cancel my order or wait another week for my items over $4000 to be delivered. Why did I pay an extra $100 to make sure my items were delivered and even received.

Glad we decided to go with this. Otherwise we would have had to find a truck and set it up all by ourselves. This way it was professionally installed and deivered

We purchased a 85” tv and this is the best way to have a large tv delivered to the house. Buy the Best Buy plus and you’ll get a discount on the delivery. They brought the tv into the house, we unboxed it to inspect and they even took some of the large packaging back with them.

The installer was very knowledgeable. Put covers on my carpet so he didn't track anything in. Installed the stove and showed me how to use it.

Wonderful instillation! He came early and stayed until it was completed and. Worked as designed. I would certainly recommend him in the future!

Alvaro Ortega and Sarah Lopez the installer and the coordinator for third party installs were excellent. Very Knowledgeable, helpful courteous, Gave very good help, guidance and Advice, Sarah helped us steer thru delivery issues and get the install scheduled and completed in a timely manner

The technician is fantastic and did a great job. The only thing I didn't like about this was it was a six-hour window and I didn't get communication from Best Buy before my window started to have a closer time frame of when they would come. It's 2020 so realistically they should be able to give me a 30-minute to one-hour window

Originally I was very happy with my TV. Purchased as a deal of the day and got a great deal on a 75 inch TV. Great picture and decent sound. Unfortunately half the screen went black after only seven months of use. Now the bad news. The warranty starts the day of purchase not the day it was installed or even the day it was received. When I called for help I was told I missed the warranty by a couple of weeks. The cost to repair is more then it cost so it is a total loss.the day the TV was installed I called to register it for warranty purposes and was not told at that time the warranty started the day of purchase.

The delivery service was extremely helpful for us since we don't own a car, and was included free of charge with the purchase of the TV, even though we live more than 30 miles from our nearest Best Buy. The gentlemen who transported our TV and took away our old TV were very friendly and called us in advance to schedule the best time.
