THE DELIVERY TEAM DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CALLED WHEN THEY WERE 40 MINUTES OUT. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH, IT WAS OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. THEY DID STAY TO MAKES SURE THERE WERE NO LEAKS.

This LG electric range heats up fast and cooks very evenly. The air fry feature works great and saves so much time, and the oven’s true convection makes baking super consistent. It’s easy to clean, looks modern, and the smart features add extra convenience. I’m very happy with this range!

We also want to share, that Mr Lopez, told us that an independent party, not from Best Buy would deliver the TV. Thinking he meant. . .a company we were astonished to see a young man with a truck. . .BY Himself, deliver the TV, carry it in by himself, and set it up. He was so kind and thoughtful, making sure we knew about the TV, and what he was doing. He told us he had never put this type of TV together, but that did not stop him for a minute, he. . .read over the instructions, and started to put the stand together, then proceeded to place it carefully on the stand and go to setting it up. Step by Step, he explained and answered any questions, we had. . .and told us what he was doing and why. We were so impressed with him. . .I want to say, I remember his name but I don't but you should have records on who delivered it, that was not a Best Buy Associate.. . .He told us his name and I have since forgotten, cause I already wrote a review right after we go the tv. Outstanding service and assembly, plus instructions, to make sure we understoon how to work this tv, showing us the remote and how it works. . . .carefully.

Drive 50 miles to get a redo in an install of new dishwasher. It was not attached and pulled out on door opening. I spent 4 phone calls to customer service with no appointment in 4 days. Kennedy and the manager in Waco helped to quickly Work to have an appointment scheduled.

Installation service was outstanding. I had to buy this dishwasher because I purchased one from a national store, and they installed it improperly. It flooded my entire kitchen. So, I was very nervous having this installed. The installers were v dry understanding and willingly showed me how they installed this. They showed me the dishwasher was level, and did not install it at the top of the counter, but attached it to my cabinets. He said that I paid good money for this and should have it installed the way I want. What a concept! Of all the service people I’ve had to have come into my home, these guys ranked tops!

The delivery was schedule a head of time and I received a phone call to tell me when they were leavg Fargo. They arrived on time and were very careful moving things into my home.

Item picked up at store for installation of appliance

Delivery was prompt and hassle free without any problems.

We ordered our appliances in September and our entire order was cancelled without notice. I was tossed around from agent to agent and then sent to the store, who told me they needed an order to reference to assist me in store. My order had been cancelled, so there was no order to reference and they had a representative call me, that was able to place place the entire order again with all of the discounts we receive when we originally ordered the appliances. The fridge was delivered without issue, on the scheduled date (Best Buy Scheduled the delivery dates). The Range and Dishwasher were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday December 16th between 7am-7pm, but I received a text at noon that the appointment was cancelled. NO NOTICE, which is completely unacceptable and poor business practice. I wasted an entire day of PTO and didn't have appliances in order to host Christmas. I was informed by a supervisor that my delivery would be expedited to Tuesday December 30th, and that delivery was never actually scheduled by the supervisor or best buy employee. Again, I put in for another day of PTO and the appointment wasn't scheduled. Now I am being told the next available time is January 10th, so I can request another day of PTO and still not have appliances delivered that I have already paid for. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!

Having the extended delivery zone made it super convenient for me not to have to find someone to pick up my washer. Also the techs that did the installation were friendly and prompt. They even made sure the washer worked as it was supposed to before they left.
