They delivered my replacement TV without having to ask, great part of their service.

They delivered my stove 45 miles away into the rural area. Something I didnt have to worry about getting it here

The price was good to deliver and haul off my old appliances, even though I live a ways out of there delivery zone. The team that came were very profession, fast, and showed us all the features of the new appliances and gave us pointers on use.

The quality of service at the best has been outstanding, with the exception of the delivery. Due to my location outside the delivery area, a third party was assigned to manage the delivery. The first attempt at delivery was unsuccessful as the items were simply dropped off and left. There was no un-removal of packaging and the employee was highly disrespectful to my wife. The second attempt at delivery, the same company partially installed the items. They attempted to charge me $50 for a part that Best Buy stated was included. I disputed this and they left. This time, they inadvertently scratched my floor. The third attempt at delivery was handled by another company. They were extremely respectful and completed the installation. No issues were encountered. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

Delivered and left it where i asked no concerns and did a great job not to bang up my item

The delivery and installation was provided Within the correct time. The installers took the time to be aware of obstacles and not mess up floor, walls etc. I did have issues however and getting the waterline attached as they did not have correct fitting too attached to the one in my house which was about 19 or 20 years old. They told me went to purchase to fix it but it took a little more work than I thought to find the appropriate items and to get the waterline affectively working.

Gustavo was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and an excellent representative for BEST BUY. He did an exceptional job removing old unit, installing new unit and explaining all facets of operation. We live over 50 miles from the store, so having a delivery service that was on time with a driver that knew the area was a relief. We were quite impressed!
