It came in mint condition. The delivery guys were cool and fun to chat with. I would highly recommend Best Buy delivery services. I had just gotten a stove from another big box store with a lot of orange in their logo (not sure if I'm allowed to mention the name) and it came damaged, and the replacement came damaged too. I need a washer and dryer soon so, and I will save myself some trouble and order my appliances from Best Buy again!

Store Mgrs were GREAT

But a store manager finally figured out that due to my location it kept getting kicked out of the system because install was subcontracted out. After 5 store managers at two different locations (1 I purchased at and then the one my purchased was transferred to), I finally got the Geek Squad here on the 21st and my television was installed.
