Best Buy called and gave me an exact time they would deliver. They came into my home walked with me and I showed them where everything was going to go and they got it done in a timely manner.

Every time we have purchased the extended warranty we have been given confidence that any problems should they arise will be taken care of. Some things have required its use and some item never did. But on larger purchases, especially, it is worth it.

The geek squad did a excellent good installing my new 86 inch tv on the wall. They made sure it was centered and leveled. And was very nice too.

The delivery men were very nice however we were promised the refrigerator would be leveled and unpacked. It was not. We are elderly and my husband has had two back surgeries. Also I told one he didn’t have to take his shoes off to measure but expected them to wear booties during installation. They did not and they left a huge mess all over the floor.

After spending $1,500 on a tv and a couple hundred on protection plans and membership, I really did not need another hundred tacked on because the box was a few inches too big for my vehicle. I understand fuel and labor expenses, but that was a lot of money to shell out. It also took a long time to be delivered. Would have been cheaper and faster to rent a U-Haul.

One person delivered my stove. I had all knew appliances plus a large tv. Needless to say they all came in at different times. The stove was the last. He brought it by himself in the van just to make sure i received my stove. I love best buy and all the people that make it a great place to do business with.

The extended delivery service was wonderful. The sales rep did accidentally slip that they would deliver then found out we was outside of free delivery area but the manager did work out a deal with us to compensate. The delivery guys were very professional and seemed to enjoy their job.

the Geek Squad who mounted our TV and set it up were excellent. VERY knowledgeable and thorough and cleaned up all the pieces and parts that were not needed.
