I got this to check on my dogs throughout my work day. It took a little trial and error to get it up and running, but as long as your wi-fi is good and rarely goes out, it should do the trick. I love that it will text me a still photo of any movement through the dog's room. I can see exactly who's jumping on and off the furniture! You'll need to purchase an SD card if you want to continually record what's going on, or subscribe to their cloud program. You can set up quiet times or turn off the alerts if you're home and don't want it constantly updating you to movement. Live picture quality is pretty good and sound is very loud. Our dogs went insane when we tried to talk to them through the device though. It's small and the cord is fairly long to plug it in from a high point. We need have to purchase strong 3M tape to get it to stay on the wall.

I bought this because it was the least expensive camera with the best reviews. I agree, it's a good camera. Camera connects through wi-fi and and can be viewed from the app. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you have to use IFTTT to make the camera, say, record when someone walks in, and I have not been able to get any of these IFTTT features to work with it. If the power goes out, the camera doesn't have a battery back up, so it won't work, and you'll probably have to re-set it to your wi-fi when your power is back up. I like that I can zoom in on the picture, listen to what's going on, and also talk back to the people/pets thru the camera. It has a wide view and you can watch in HD, so the picture quality is pretty good.

I have tried a more expensive camera than this one with to many problems that came with it. So I gave up using it. But this lil Gem, works Great! Setup was easy, the App, so far hasn't failed me, as with the expensive camera. You can view your home from anywhere. You can also talk to who ever is there, and they can talk back and you will hear them ! Cool! It's also motion sensor for auto record. Recording is automatically recorded on a mini SD card and also saved on your phone. You will also get an Alert on your phone when motion is detected, for you to view. I feel at ease now knowing I have some sense of security when leaving my home. It's a Great lil camera!

Got two of these to keep an eye on an army of cats while we go on vacation next month. Installation was simple and flawless using the instructions and mobile IOS app. Quality is about what I expected for the price. The only critique I would add is that the cameras have a unique security code that the app may ask for to enable encrypted streaming which is really tiny and hard to read (34 yrs old 20/20 vision guy here). Also there is a windows download on their website to view streams on pc as well not just mobile.

I bought this camera to keep an eye on my dogs while I'm out of the house. Picture quality is great on the app; nice small size and I like the magnetic bottom. It's perfect on top of my washing machine.

Great wifi camera for indoor surveillance. App crashes sometimes but quick restart solves it.

Bought this camera on sale to put in my apartment as a stand alone secruity camera. Good picture and sound, a little difficult getting the SD card to start recording once the cloud trail has ended.

Great camera used to keep an eye on puppy. The only issue I have is the volume isn't very loud when you are talking into it

We bought camera to watch our dog while we were away from the house. The video and sound is great. You can talk to your dog through your cell phone.

Hard to set up at first. But now that its working I like it. I use this to watch my dogs who get lonely at home.

Setup was a bit tricky, but got it working shortly. It's been working like a charm since then.

Does what it says. Works great. Definitely recommend.

I can say that this camera was overall my favorite. The picture quality was good and most importantly the two way speaking was clear and effective. Night vision was extremely clear and on point. Installation was very easy as well. I thought it might be easier if we could just sync it with entering password to wifi immediately versus having to sync it with scanning. Scanning to sync was more difficult. The app itself did seem laggy and could use some sprucing up to make it more efficient.

This camera is great! I’ve had the mini O for about a month, as it was given to me as a free sample to review. Honestly, it gives me everything I would want from an indoor camera. Pros: Sleek and easy to physically install anywhere (so long as you can get the cord to a power outlet). Having a magnetic base to quickly stick on a surface made installation painless. Night Vision! I initially put this in my children’s room. It produced a clear picture with wide angle that allowed me to see the entire room. Mic/speaker: The Mini O has a built in mic and speaker. With the app, you can use it as a walkie-talkie. When looking back at previous days – the app has a neat feature that shows you when there was activity. It detects movement and you can hop between moments easily. Cons: Initial setup on the Mini O in the EZVIZ app was a bit difficult. It would recognize my Wi-Fi and accept my password, but it took over 30 minutes to finally connect. The app itself promotes their online storage ad nauseam with a constant obnoxious banner. The online feature for storage seems great, but if you’re not willing to purchase it—the app will do everything in its power to try to convince you otherwise.

Packaging and Setup: I participated in a market research study and received this product to evaluate. The packaging is minimal which is nice and the startup instruction book is right on top. It took me only about 5-10 minutes to connect the camera to where I could see the picture. All you have to do is download the EZVIZ app, I used the Android version, follow the few instructions and you’ll be connected within minutes. Super easy! This camera does need to be plugged into a power supply to function, but it comes with a 10 ft cord so it can reach anywhere in a room. Camera: It is an awesome little camera. It is about the size of a hand and you can really position it anywhere. It even has a built in magnet in it so you can pop it on a refrigerator if you wanted too. One great feature is that it has a two way audio feature so you can talk into your phone and whoever is by the camera can hear you. The picture is very clear and looks great on my phone even in night vision mode. You can pay for cloud storage or use a memory card. The camera will alert you when it senses movement and save it to the memory card, or you can live stream directly from the app. The great thing about these cameras too is that you can add more than one camera to the app and then view them all at the same time. So in case you need to have more than one camera in your house or use their outdoor one, this is handy. Overall: I have used the camera for about a week now and I’m impressed. The connection has been solid, no problems thus far and the app is really easy to navigate. I had never heard of this brand, but it has definitely been reliable and performed well.

I received this camera in exchange for my honest review. with that being said, this camera was a GREAT item and came at the perfect time. The family had been wanting an indoor camera for a while and we were looking at different models/brands. This camera is very `cute` and isn`t intrusive to the home décor. Set up was a BREEZE! Downloading the app was a breeze! Mounting this camera in the home was a BREEZE! Why? The camera did not have to be hard wired/screwed. It came with a sticky wall mount thing and it has a magnet that adheres to the device. The picture/video quality is VERY impressive. It is crisp and clear. The night vision also surpassed our expectations. The instructions on how to set up and download the app are very intuitive. It did not take us more than 7 minutes. The only thing I would change about this camera is the fact that it needs to be plugged in at all times to function. But this is a small price to pay since no hard-wiring needs to happen. Luckily, the position of the camera is in a place where we have a wall outlet. The power-cord is about 5 feet long. I am very pleased with this product. So glad we have it!

I received a free sample of the Mini O to review. The Mini O was an extremely practical tool to use around my home for a simple home-monitoring system. The Quick Set-up guide was easy to follow and with low technical abilities it was easy to have the device up and running in a matter of just a few minutes. The picture is clear, wide angle and well-lit. Even in low-light situations it provides quality images. With the EZVIZ app installed on my i-phone it was super easy to add it to my account via the scan-able code label already attached to the device. The chord was a practical length providing for uses around the home where an outlet may not be as easy to reach. During the initial configuration it easily discovered my wifi signal and began streaming a live feed instantly.

I received this camera in exchange for my honest feedback. I have used the EZVIZ mini O for 2 weeks. The product came in is small box that was well packaged. Very easy to set-up using the enclosed directions. The camera is white and about 4 inches tall. I set-it up in my kitchen facing the door to the back porch. It was very easy to set-up. The camera comes with a quick start guide that includes 6 steps to set-up. You download the mobile app, plug in the camera, scan the QR code on the quick start guide, then connect to network. Takes about 5 minutes. You can then view the live video feed on your phone. Good picture and a nice wide angle. My camera came with a mini SD card so I can watch video replay which is a nice option. A cloud service is also available. The camera can be mounted (comes with hardware) but I like to be able to move it. The only thing not great about the camera is the sound. While it has sound, it is delayed so hard to hear and understand, plus you hear a lot of background noise. I have not tried the 2 way communication feature yet. My favorite part of the camera is the quick set-up and now being able to view my house when not at home.
