I'm sure everything that can be said about this game has been said, so let me just add that I have clocked about 80+ hours on this game and I'm not done...excellent game.

Fallout 3 is truly one of the best games ever made. Great story and gameplay and amazing expansion packs. It's so good that I replayed it at least 20 times.

There is so much to do in this game. You can literally take days to do everything that there is to do. It looks great and play very well. There is enough stuff to look at and to do, it will keep you busy for a very long time.

Chances are, you already know how awesome this game is. If you don't, buy it immediately.

Fallout 3 is a 2008 reboot of the popular PC series, Fallout. Bethesda bought the rights in 2004 after FO: Brotherhood of steal bombed, and they set out to fix the series. They did. Fallout 3 is one of the biggest games of all time. Massive story, massive world, lots of things to do, and many people to talk too. The game is great, but the engine has some tech flaws. First, the graphics are slightly dated. From a glance it cannot be noticed, but while playing, you can. Animations are also pretty old looking too. Specifically to the PS3 version, the engine flaws also contain a severe bug that causes a massive drop in framerate. Sometimes to literally less than 10 frames rendering it virtually unplayable. It happens usually only when you have played for around 3 or so hours straight. Apparantly it is because the PS3 catch gets filled very fast with this game. Sadly, its sequel, Fallout New Vegas, also has this issue and it is not fixed. Another bug that happens is missing NPCs. If this happens to an NPC that is essential to the story, you will be SOL because you cannot advance. Yes, it is a great game, but it has issues.
