As the long-awaited follow-up to Fallout 3, this game delivers completely up to expectations. It has literally hours upon hours of gameplay with exceptional replay value. The graphics are beautiful and lush in a post-apocalyptic way with a music score that fits every moment of the game. Controls are easy to learn and master. This is definitely the game of the year, hands down!

100+ hours still great. The story is good but the open world is better.

Fallout 4 is a fantastic game that will offer you hours of playing time and numerous opportunities to replay the game as a different build type. Want to be a sneaky sniper then by all means go for it. Do you like to get in the face of your foe and be like Rocky then sure you can do that. The possibilities are endless as long as you have a great imagination.

Perfect. If your into RPG shooter's and and retro futuristic setting and lazer guns. Buy it.

I've spent many evenings and weekends playing this game already. The huge map, countless missions and optons to build and grow settlements provide endless entertainment. I'm looking forward to the content provided with the season pass. This is one of the best games I've played in a while, and I'm sure I'll be playing it for a long time.

Solid game, RPG / shooter w tons of side missions, crafting weapons & armor, building settlements, fighting raiders & death claws.. This game has a lot to offer.. Might be too time consuming for some , if you just want super action gameplay , maybe look elsewhere.. Then again, you might not want to pass up a possible game of the year.

Fallout 4 provides a much anticipated return to the wasteland that delivers a fun and gripping experience for both old and new fans. This game lets you explore first and work on carrying through the story at your own pace, easily resulting in hundreds of hours of discovery, loot, and running away from enemies way out of your reach.

Let me preface this by saying, I am one of those individuals that throws in F3 and New Vegas just to wander around and enjoy 7the atmosphere of these games...for hundreds of hours. The setting and ambience just clicks with me; add in the random encounters and the way the denizens of the wasteland interact with each other and no two forays are quite the same. In this manner Fallout 4 delivers in droves. The landscapes are desolate and beautiful, the ambient sounds are engrossing (especially with a good pair of cans), and the wasteland is alive with the sounds of far off conflicts. Add in the fact that it takes place around Boston and for me at least you have a recipe for losing large chunks of time. Of specific interest to me is the new settlement building that is integrated into the game. All of the garbage we used to find in the wasteland now serves a purpose in the creation of defenses and housing for the people of the Boston wasteland. It seems fairly deep, and will add on a substantial amount of play time to your game if you choose to utilize it. In terms of gameplay, it doesn't differ terribly from it's predecessors. It's not a quick, tight fps like your CODs are, but the combat is enjoyable especially with the update to the V.A.T.S. system. Enemies are no longer frozen in time, but coming trundling towards you, forcing decisions. I feel that perhaps this should have been applied to when you are in your pipboy menus, but that is a minor quibble as it's no different than the previous games. To add a bit more depth to combat is the mod system which provides a number of ways to customize your weaponry to your playstyle. The storyline is a reversal of Fallout 3, instead of the child pursuing the parent, the parent now seeks the child; and it's well thought out as far into the game as I have explored. Let's face it though, Fallout isn't really about story it's about the name you make for yourself in the wasteland. Whether you choose to be the arch villain or the shining hero, the games are about the choices you make, and this is the one spot that I feel it falls short. In the prior games your character is a blank slate, in F4 the character is voiced which I feel takes away from the immersion. By giving a voice to the wanderer instead of presenting dialogue options and allowing you to fill in the details of how you sound to your imagination, Bethesda has now defined you which is too bad. It's a minor quibble in such a massive game but it's there. In the end Fallout 4 is a fantastic game and one that will only get larger due to mods and Bethesdas own DLC which almost always delivers great content. For myself I give the game 5 stars, I'm rating it 4 stars however because if you are not a fan of the franchise it won't change your mind and there are still enough issues that Bethesda could hammer out to take the next iteration to an entirely new level.

Better game than fallout: new vegas. Several aspects are better than previous games, vats system is pretty good. There doesnt seem to be any degrade to weapons or armor as in previous fallout games, not sure if this is hood or bad. But, havent played long enough to say whether it's on the same level as Fallout 3 or skyrim.

The game is awesome yes there are still some bugs.

Having played the last entry of the FallOut game, I was instantly hooked with FO4. It's nice to see the improvement made over the original title and the new features are really fun to try out. I always enjoy the rpg aspect of this game and there is just so much to see and do. This game will last me a long time!

First off, there are minor bugs in the game which in my experience, has no effect on game play. When you pkay, you can tell Bethesda put a lot of time and love into the game. The characters are likeable, the combat feels well tuned, and the ability to create your own settlements is the cherry on the top.

I have played all the fallout games from when they first came out back in the day only on pc. Fallout 4 is awesome does not disappoint. For all those that have played the series before will love. Beginners should enjoy it as well and I'm sure you will scramble to play the old ones as well.

Another solid entry in the franchise. Definitely one of the best open world games out there. The one thing that is missing that I hope gets included in a future patch is some kind of tracking for your companions. I don't remember where I sent Dogmeat lol. The socks are awesome too.

This is a great game all in all. The main storyline is intriguing, and the side quest are always a good distraction. There are the expected glitches and plenty that weren't expected, but hopefully future updates will remedy that. If you liked Fallout 3 you'll love this game.

This edition came with all that you need the full game, the season pass , and if cold a pair of socks that are pretty nice. Cme with a mini poster that you can use for reference for the game one of the best edition and the only one that have season pass included

Even though the graphics aren't superior in any way this games makes up for its very immersive story and the vast amounts of customizations. I kept playing this game for hours. No need for sleep!

Best game I've played all year.its very addicting If you are into shooters and rpg elements. Just with there were more enemies to kill and I wouldn't have to travel thru the map for a fight. But even with that con.I would get this game.it a must buy

If you were able to find these in store they are a great price for the game and season pass, plus collectors socks. This game is fun and you will spend countless hours playing. Fast download and was able to play soon. Good graphics and fun storyline.
