Awesome game hands down best fallout game in years

Fallout 4 in my opinion is one of the best games of 2016.. Very immersive, Stunning graphics, Well thought out story and quests... Cant wait to see what Bethesda comes up with next..

If you were a fan of Fallout 3, you will enjoy this version. Caveat, I have not yet played much and notice that there is no "!" at the end of my review summary statement. So far, I like how the story is developing and there being a companion dog that looks like one we had (in real life). I think combat seems different (better), there's more stuff "base" building, the menus seem somewhat cumbersome. Graphics are great (but my old SLI could have managed were it not because they would not do DirectX 12); I do think this version is more colorful. For those who like games like Skyrim, this is a HUGE world to explore (100s of hours?) in a non-linear way (well, at the beginning it will be somewhat linear but that is, basically, the "training session". Can't go wrong for less than $40 and if you already have a DirectX12 card!

My son purchased this game, and so far loves it. He has been playing it for a few days and hasn't complained about any issues or any part of the game that he doesn't like.

This is a very engaging game with a interesting backstory. Lots of exploring / looting / crafting / plotting / planning / and engaging background music. Lots of different weapons / outfits (armor) / recipe items and mods for all the above. Did I mention lots of enemies? Human, animal, Ghouls, Mercenaries, Robots .... etc. The towns are life like from the buildings to the birds and the bees. The gun battles between you and the enemies are life like and the authentic weapon sounds resonate throughout the game. I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys challenging first person shooter games that involves exploring and thinking on the fly.

I really enjoyed playing the game and playing the game pc was a different experience than playing it on console. Highly recommend to both types of players though. Great game.

If you enjoy any other of the 'modern' fallout games I am sure this will appeal to you as well, although it is a bit different in that you don't really play as 'yourself' anymore, instead you play as an actual made character.

Graphics are great and the game can go for hours. Only downside is that I wish they did a better job of explaining how to do things. Guess that's what forums are for

Wonderful game, so much more to do, DLC is okay, waiting for season pass to discount once all out. Mods are worth it after main game if your computer can handle it.

This game exceeded my expectations for a Fallout game. I greatly enjoyed the story and the graphics upgrade was awesome. I recommended this game to all my friends.
