    Needs Work

This is a game that lets you wander an empty wasteland online, if you like. It is fairly easy to be in a team with your friends, and I had some fun simply exploring with them. The graphics seem pretty close to Fallout 4, though many graphical glitches plague the game. Enemies are not very smart and can be either a joke or a bit grindy. There are numerous bugs and glitches (though a couple can be funny). Overall, the game feels incomplete. I think it still has some fun aspects, but too many are annoying or tedious. I do not think this game is worth $60. If you want to try it, wait for it to go down in price, and for more updates and bug fixes to roll out.

Solid game. Needs some work, but it is the first iteration of the fallout universe in multiplayer. The game has a lot of story and lore but excels best when experienced with friends. Long story short, this game CAN be played solo but will digest better when played as a group. Huge map, lots of new enemies, and fun PVP scenarios to get yourself into. Bugs are actively being worked on. Game has been out about a month? And has received multiple patches already. Developers seem interested in making changes the community calls for.

Its very buggy. It's not as bad as some of the streamers make it out to be. If you like mindlessly running around killing stuff and collecting loot than this is your game.

Feels like an incomplete game. Worth buying on sale if you like the series lore, but online is buggy and multiplayer adds little to nothing.

I'm an long-time RPG gamer. Fallout 76 hasn't deviated much from the original formula of Fallout games. It's now a first (or third if you like) person shooter with the ability to go back to it's turn based roots in an inventive way. The stories get better in each version. The interaction between NPCs become more intimate each time. Now, you can't do some of the seedier things in the recent versions that you could in the original (like pimping out your wife or killing your dog) but you can still play either side of the morality line. If you played Fallout 3, it's much the same with an entirely new story. There's quite a bit more interaction with factions in this iteration. That seems to be the draw here and with that comes a few different endings depending on which faction(s) you side with.

I really wanted this game to be worth it, even pre ordered, but even after about 20 gigs of updates and patches, it's still buggy and still more taxing on system resources than it has any business being. For now I'll put it aside and pick it back up in 6 months, after spending time with anthem when it launches

Terrible launch, with known bugs and issues. Currently I would hold off and wait to see where this game goes. No end game with very little direction or timeline as to when it will present itself.

Feels empty, multiplayer is okay if you have a premade group, pvp is not so great, basically no story(all audiotapes), more of an empty mmorpg than a fallout game

Its something to do if you're really bored. Bethesda made many mistakes with this game (we all know the story) hopefully they'll learned from their mistakes. Would you recommend this to a friend? I can't right now. Maybe with future updates, fixes and dlc, but for now the choice to buy this is yours

Some controls/actions are not fully explained, but overall a good game. Just know that there is a limit to how much you can store away so after awhile you wont need to collect everything in sight.

The pvp experience with this game is awful, you cant kill other players unless they attack you. I feel it may be good for a snowflake. Might as well play hello kitty island adventure.

This game is an excellent continuation of Bethesda's Fallout world. I am unsure of why it continues to get overly lukewarm reviews from the community. There are plenty of features for both the hardcore and casual players to enjoy the game. However, I enjoy this game the most for the sole fact that I am able to play the classic Fallout world with my dad.

Don't buy the key is invalid and you cannot activate it. 3 days later i had to get a refund because support could not fix it, my son had the same issue. support gave me the runaround for days and eventually hung up on me. I will never purchase from Best Buy again, that's how bad my experience was.

So let me start this out by saying that yes there were lots of problems when the game was first released. Once Bethesda took care of the startup issues I have had a really enjoyable time playing. I think you would too!

This game is under lawsuit because it was released unplayable and largely remains that way. constant glitches and server crashes kicking you out of game and forcing you to RESTART YOUR SYSTEM. Because the game freezes and wont let you close it or change windows. I have a I9-8serreis and msi 1080 gpu
