I like Fallout 76. Challenging game play. It has bugs but Bethesda is working on them. The beta was okay, but very short. I wish now I'd have waited a few weeks to order after the price took a nose dive.

I love the Fallout universe so I am having fun with the game so far. It does contain a decent amount of bugs and broken missions but hopefully, they get fixed. I expect the game to get better over time.

    Not what I ordered

Game is probably great. Can't wait to find out. Will let you know in a few days when it is done downloading. There are plenty of places to write and read reviews of the game itself. This is a review of the actual product as described in the listing on this page. Ordered a physical copy to hopefully offset some of the initial download time by installing from disc, and avoid the bandwidth cap and overage fees imposed by my ISP. Instead got a digital code in a box. If I wanted a digital code I would have ordered it that way and been able to start my download days ago (instead of when my code-in-a-box arrived 2 days late).

I have been playing the first online Fallout game after playing first player on the last 4 Fallout games. Yes, the game has issues, but Bathesda is doing a good job addressing them. Bathesda has already done 2 patches and fixed a lot of issues. I have played single player (yes you can) and on a team. The game for the most part has played smoothly..although some servers have a kind of "stutter" in the framerate from time to time. The visuals are really good and the actual procedures you use in this game are slightly different from the previous Fallout games... Stashbox has a limit.. ammo has weight etc. oh and watch out for things coming to attack you while you are in your camp making repairs or cooking.

Game product came in great shape. As far as the actual game, it feels very empty. Like it's very desolate when you play.

This game has come a long way since it's BETA condition. While it may not be worth $60, it is a great game with friends for under $30. Still buggy but playable now at least.

Very fun game in the beginning and with friends but it lacks end game content and the bugs can be too much.

Game has practically no content, just side mission after side mission, there's no real story to it. Save your money and buy literally any other game. I've got close to 100 hours logged in Fallout 3 and 4, I stopped playing Fallout 76 after 5

F76 has a lot of potential and is still pretty fun, only giving it a 4-star because there were bugs that made things a little annoying, but overall I would recommend!

Ok, so I am going to preface this as there are a lot of technical issues that Bethesda needs to work out, which they have been working on since launch. If you are a fan of the game style of Fallout, I have found that it is very similar to it, of course not exactly the same, as this is more meant to be in that field of having people also around with you. What I compare this to is if Fallout 4 had an online mode, but took out all the npcs for the most part. I feel like the game will potentially get better, as they are striving to make it better, but only time will tell.

What a complete waste of money. I've spent way less money on way better games. So many bugs and this is AAA studio? Are you kidding me? The game basically has a legal map hack that shows your location ALL the time? PvP? Who are these developers? Who thought that was a good idea? In literally no PvP game I've ever played does it show your location nor does it show camps on map. What a gigantic let down and I wish I could get my money back because I'd refund this steamy pile of garbage.

Atomic shop looked nice with skins & apparel. Payment via Digital River? They were good in 2004. By accident I scraped my jump suit; wanted to buy a replacement. Nope! Found a set of Power armor. Put all my Fusion Core in , got killed, now no more Fusion core for it. Game crashes every five mins. Found another set of Power armor. Less crashes for now. Perks were temporary help.

All the other negative reviews are true. The graphics are the only thing good about the game. Story and online play is boring and objectives are confusion. I bought on sale just to confirm how bad the game actually is. It tries to piggy back on Destiny 2’s gameplay, but falls far short.

If you've been following this game, you will have no doubt seen all the controversy behind it. They're all true. This a rush product that wasn't tested and if they did test it, it was done by incompetent testers who has never gamed in their life. Fallout 76 is Fallout 4, but without the unpaid, player mods that fixes all the issues that has existed since the release of Fallout 4. It also requires you to play online, on Bethesda's servers, that will constantly disconnect you, making you lose progress. Bethesda has a lot of work to do if they want to fix the game, but knowing their reputation with previous games, I doubt we'll see any meaningful fixes any time soon.

It's a decent enough survival game with some interesting monsters, but the lack of a large stash, repetitive gameplay, passable-at-best graphics, and minefield of bugs just sink it. Really seems like just a rushed cashgrab.
