Comes in new xbox one case

I always try my best to get the original versions with original box art, inserts, etc. Based on the photo listed for this item, I was under the impression that I had purchased just that. However, when I received my order, it was in the new Xbox One style case (see attached). May seem picky, but I believe the photo shown of an item should reflect what a consumer actually purchases.
