    Great lens, poor customer support

    After realizing my lens was damaged, I requested to return the exchanged item and was bounced between geek, squad, and customer service. If I wasn’t honest and just exchanged the item I would’ve gotten the right lens. And said I was charged $100 to repair it. This is with my total tech membership. That’s quite disappointing.

    Very disappointed BestBuy shipped me an open product since I purchased the brand new one

    Best Buy never disappoints. The team was helpful and attentive throughout my visit. They answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal for what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I did place and order and the lens took longer and never receive it. Now I have the money back but still checking and the lens not in stock. Better to buy it somewhere else , otherwise you will wait long … not good I guess they dont want to make sales.
