I purchased this to replace my old Fellowes shredder which had given me many years of service. The new shredder cuts through pages of paper quickly as promised. I have found that you should occasionally lubricate the cutters to keep the machine working at maximum speed. WD-40 works well, just spray thru the slot coating all the blades.

The product works very efficiently. Fast abd is able to take eleven pages at a time. It doesn't over heat like the others and its easy to empty because the top has a handle. Love the product!!

This shreds fast. It has a lock button. Easy to use.

I like the extra slot on the side for disposing of paper that doesn't need shredding. Shredding credit cards also works well. The only issue I have had is that sometimes I have to pick up and re-seat the shredding mechanism so that feed works properly.

Exactly what you want. Quick easy but a little loud

We replaced our old Fellowes shredder with this new Fellowes crosscut shredder. Works great even on staples and credit cards. Will handle 10 sheets of paper at a time with no problem.

Haven't pushed this thing to the max yet and not sure I will, but I stick with 4-5 pages and it cuts through things with ease. The pieces are extremely small and I like that compared to my last machine. Overall, I really like this product and I hope that with keeping it oiled it will last a long time.

This shredder is fast and powerful. It certainly suits the needs of a family's privacy by shredding paper, card stock, and credit cards. the only complaint I have is that the manufacturer says not to shred labels; so I end up ripping or cutting labels instead of putting them through the shredder.

The shredder portion is very powerful and handles the load it advertises - 11 sheets. However, I wish it had a removable bin rather than having to take the shredder head off the bin. It is top heavy and messy. It also does not have wheels making ease of storage under the countertop not so easy.

This shredder really does do the job. I just shredded over 500 pieces of paper and it never once faulted on the job. Wish it had a larger container for the material but most of them don't come with a large container.

Old shredder died so I needed a new one. Love the ability to shred more documents at once. Only complaint is there is a brief delay between sets of documents that can be shredded.

We receive offers from credit card companies with plastic cards attached. It is very important that the shredder destroy the name/names on those cards. Thus far, we have had complete success with this machine.

Easy to use and very durable. I use this to shred everything including expired credit cards.

This is the second exact shredder that I have purchased and used on a daily basis. It is fast, efficient, and strong. The only reason that I had to purchase a duplicated shredder is that one of my grandchildren attempted to shred a nickel. It DOES NOT shred nickles.

I bought this to shred years of paperwork. I had a "competitor" store brand and it broke in less than a year, so time to get a name brand. It takes in many sheets so this makes the work go fast. It is also fast in feeding the paper. But it is noisy! It also has a small bin/basket so it fills up too fast and have to empty often. Since this is cross cut and not micro-cut, it is bulky shreds, so be sure to have lots of 40 gallon trash bags ready. I have only had this a month, but totally happy with its performance.

This shredder is noisier than I expected, but it works well. I thought it was inop right out of the box but it turned out that the safety switch, which prevents the unit from running if it's not on the waste bucket, is a bit fussy about being positioned exactly right.

So far, no problems. Very powerful shredder, even shreds plastic cards. Wish it had a removable basket, as opposed to having to lift off the shredder component to empty.

The shredder is easy to use and has a lock mechanism on it. The one thing it is missing is a basket that could be removed and emptied. You have to take the shredder off of the basket in order to empty the basket. Other than that it is a good shredder. It handles all my needs.

It's very quiet, which is great. Shreds everything, paper, disks, credit cards ect.. It wheels easily from room to room and the design is sleek.

If you have a lot of shred material build up it will take you a while. But the safety features and the fact it cross shreds you can not beat it especially for the price. It is by no means industrial but for personal use its 5 stars.
