Love the way it efficiently shreds 11 papers or envelopes with ease along with staples and doesn't skip a beat. The lock feature is great due to the fact that I have a baby and as she grows, the lock can keep her curious hands at bay.

Admittedly, my shredding needs are modest: mostly just getting rid of mail containing sensitive info and the occasional credit card. But this shredder has more power and holds more sliced paper than my old shredder that cost me more.

Absolutely love this shredder. It works as well as its suppose to and then some. A little on the pricey side but, at least I won't have to buy another one for another ten years. Love love love. You can shred anything in it.

Shredder is excellent, but it is top heavy to a huge degree. When you take it off the waste basket it sits on, it is very heavy to lift and then to replace correctly on the basket.

I've tried several others and his one turned out to be the best one for me! It shreds the papers in so many different pieces that your info will definitely be protected! I will not use purchase another brand for my home!

I don't think you can go wrong with this Fellowe paper shredder. For me it's the right size but somewhat loud when shredding. It has an unlock and lock feature which is great for the curious kid. Overall it works perfect for me and I would recommend To my friends.....When I first started using it there was a oily smell but it's now gone.

I was in a hurry and didn't look close enough to see that you had to remove the shredder top to remove the shredded material. It does a good job shredding for the money.

Great inexpensive shredder. It takes several sheets of paper without a problem, doesn't stumble over staples, stiffer paper, or credit cards. Great.

I was interested in a product that would handle both credit cards and a larger stack of paper than my older version did. I was also looking for some that would do crosscuts. This is a great performer.

I have had two of these and would buy a third tomorrow. They have been good and really stand up to a lot of shredding. Large capacity bin holds a lot of shredding before needing to be emptied.

This shredder works great. I accidentally stuff a stack of papers in the shredder that were at least double the max page size. It struggled right through it though.... Works fast and efficient.

Over several years I have had 3 cross cut shredders the Fellowes shredder is the easiest to use, clean cuts and easy to dispose of cuttings. Will stick with this brand

The model itself is bold - the safety features are great and it also has a safety lock device, which makes it secure and impossible to override. Very reliable product and will take whatever you throw at it. It does handle the “11 sheet” capacity and it is easy to empty, just lift the handle and toss away the debris.

this paper shredder operates smoothly and shreds multiple sheets easily. Ensure to lubricate the blades frequently with vegetable oil.

So far so good. This shredder has been going through a big shredding project with ease. Good value!!

it's what i was looking for. the only problem for me is it's a little louder than i wanted. but it will definitely do the job for me. i have alot of files to shred, so i will move it to my patio., so the process won't disturb my husband. i really like it. i'm going to adjust it to make the catch basket bigger, so i don't have to empty it so often. other than that i love it.

This has been a great purchase. I do recommend buying the Fellowes Performance Oil with it. Shreds very well & very fast.

My Fellowes DS-3 quit working. I didn't want to pay much for a replacement and wanted to pick it up immediately. Compared prices at several local outlets on the W-11C and decided on BB because of their convenience, price matching policy and the $15 in rewards I had available. As other reviewers, I find the W-11C is noisier than the DS-3. Not an issue for home use in the basement office. There's no capacitive proximity safety on the W-11C llike the DS, but it has a separate lock switch from the power switch if you.re concerned about little-little kids. The DS also has an "overheat" light which I never saw light up. I was conscientious about oiling the blades and was a little disappointed in how long the DS lasted, so I'm running smaller batches on the W-11 during my annual records purge,
