I bought this for my 8 year old girls. One of them loved it and they watched it all the way through but two of them seemed to get bored about 75% of the way through. It's hard to compete with the production value of today's animated movies (i.e. Moana and Frozen) so anything that is from the 80's/early 90's seems lower quality and the kids know it. They liked the story about saving the rainforest and overall it was a good movie.

I loved this movie as a kid and now my daughter does too. She is 6 but was probably 5 when first watched it. It's got a great story, fun, entertaining, and teaches something to the kids. Could be hard for young kids to get the point of the story but is still going to entertain them until they are old enough to get it.
