It has a setting where you can speed the game up by either x2 or x4 and that makes grinding so much more enjoyable. x2 is where it's at. x4 is best when you have all your gambits in order otherwise it's too fast. I only have 2 gripes with it. 1. Because of the aspect ratios used when the game was originally made, the cut scenes don't fit the entire height of the screen, instead there are two black bars with the bottom one being considerably larger than the top one with out subtitles it looks weird at first but you get used to it. 2. THERE IS NO SKY PIRATE'S DEN!!!!!!! I get there is an actual trophy system now but why get rid of it? These are not major flaws and I am still able to enjoy the game to it's fullest.

I played this when it originally came out over 10 years ago on PS2 and playing it now is so much better. Not only are the graphics much better, but the fact that you can quickly farm for exp/jp and get through the game faster with the fast forward button is a selling point for me too! I still don't love the job board system, but its still a pretty great game to play.

A classic game gets a we deserved update with additional material added.

This Is a great remaster. All the wonderful visuals of this game are enhanced while keeping its original appeal. Also a nice working of the job classes. Really worth it for those who loved the original.

Many regard FFXII as the last great Final Fantasy game. I am personally of this school of thought. This remaster has added a lot to it as well as upgrading the visuals and offers a perfected experience.

The original PS2 release was great on its own, but considering that they brought a Remaster of an updated version that the US never got, this is one Remaster that is worthy of a look from FF fans.

Much improved visuals and an easier job system than the original

I didn't play the original but this version adds a new job system for more customization. The new graphics are good considering the original came out on the ps2. I'm enjoying the game so far.

I had this game when it came out for PS2 and it's amazing to see how technology has advanced. The graphics look great and I'm excited to be able to play this game again for the PS4!

Absolutely nostalgia goodness! The game has been redone with great upgraded graphics and a running system that speeds up gameplay. Its a solid 9 out of 10 and worth $40 or less.

I played the original one and didn't finish it because I lost interest but replaying it now on the PS4 has got me back into playing the game. I loved the gambits in the game .

Final Fantasy 12 is one of the best numbered JRPGs from square. This new remastered version is worth a look for newcomers and people who enjoyed the game on the playstation 2

I mean, nothing new here. Updates are minimal and unimpressive. But for those of us that haven’t kept the old PS2, it brings a beloved title back to accessibility

Even though it is a remaster the game adds a great deal of new content to the game which breathes a new light on a somewhat forgotten title in the final fantasy series.

This game just brings back all my memory 10 years ago, can't help play it again, especially with some new features, and the steelbook is just as beautiful as expected.

This game is very different than the normal FF games and is now re-released for PS4. Great game to replay for those that already played it as well as for new players.

Final Fantasy 12 is one of the greatest ones of the series and the new PS4 is just that much better with updated graphics and the original Japanese leveling system.

I haven't put much time into this new re-release yet (only an hour or two) but so far I'm impressed. It's a well-done remaster of one of the most underrated JRPGs.

All the greatness from the original, remastered in every way. If you missed out once on this title, don't put yourself over the barrel again and miss out again.
