Not impressed

I have two HD antennas on my roof to two different cities. Used the same cable I have on my T.V. that has found over 80 channels and it comes up finding no channels telling me to move my antenna. Not sure how the T.V. finds over 80 channels and this does not. I guess this I only good if you use indoor antennas and can move them. I'm not moving my rood antennas. A lot of people say it's easy to hook up but for some reason my fire TV had a heck of a time finding the recast. I finally was able to get my fire stick on the T.V. to find it after an hour.

Poor service and unsatisfactory product

It continues to lose the signal and needs to be rebooted. Also, programs that should be recording don't. Very disappointed in both the product and the service. The product features are great - if it would just work reliably.

OTA stopped working - Your Videos need restarting

On the Amazon TV recast OTA stopped working. Reconnected antenna to TV and OTA worked. 2. On your videos worked for the first 2 months and there after I have to restart daily to see videos. I will call BB today and if no resolution I will call amazon tomorrow.
