The refrigerator is great. Although its smaller than my last refrigerator it has more usable space. Items are more assessable/visible. (No more bending down to to search for that tub of sour cream). The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the installation. Best Buy sent out three sets of crew to attach the water line to this refrigerator. The first two, crew, had no idea of how to attach the water supply. The third crew figured it out. It took hours of my time to set up these appoints. To be fair the Fisher & Paykel is a little more complicated to install, There is an inline filter/bracket and water pressure regulator that must be install prior to attaching the water to the refrigerator. However, if you sell a product you should have workers that know how to install it. To recap love the refrigerator, Best Buy not so much. (Purchased in March, received July, water connected September 2021)
