Item looks like used

That means the toy is exposed wide open and can be touched by any customer. I ordered online, but I must have received an item that they picked from the shelf and has been on display for years. Why? Because the item I received looks dirty, does not have any cover inside delivery box, has scratches and stain spots around the body, has batteries preinstalled, and the worst part is the front face of the toy has a layer of sticky grease which I found out when I try to clean it with a alcohol wipe (because it's dirty and it's pandemic and my baby will touch it). I expected online order would send a new one, just like if I'm purchasing in Store I wouldn't have bought this one that has been on display.

Rollin Rovee' Rocks!

Her little face lights up when she see it and she smothers it with kisses. Rollin' Rovee is the MUST HAVE toy for infants and toddlers.
