    I bought this for my husband, who was looking to start a weight loss program. He uses it to track his steps and monitors his heart rate at the same time. Most interesting, it even tracks his sleep. He loves it and I highly recommend it!

    LOVE this watch/Fitbit which is a real motivator. It is easy to use..easy to read and it complies useful information including average heart rate, time slept, calories used, miles walked, minutes exercised. Great watch!

    My wife loves her FitBit Alta; it's slim design was what appealed to her the most, preferring it over the slightly bulkier Charge 2. It works pretty well, and holds a charge on its battery for a minimum of two days. The only issue see seems to be having with it is the steps counted don't seem completely accurate.

    My mother loves to see how well she slept. Also, since she recently had a medical setback, we have easily adjusted the number of steps that she takes each day. We started with 200 steps and have tripled that amount in two weeks.

    There are so many options for health trackers, so do your research to make sure you get everything you wanted. I like the HR and sleep monitoring most of all. I also like the option to change out the bands and the options available.

    This model replaced an earlier Fitbit. Easy to set up on my own. Love the standard watch features of time and date, but love the convenience of checking on steps, heart rate, distance walked, calories burned and active minutes.
