What can I say? I can keep track of my heart rate all day... if I really want to be type A about things, I could get notifications and previews of incoming texts, emails and phone calls... but. Im interested in wellness, so I instead turned on the reminder notifications for doing a little bit of more physical activity throughout the day and evening. It even reminds me when it's time to unwind towards the end of the evening.

Nice and simple. Very user friendly. I love to be able to track my sleep. Part of the reason I got this model.

This was bought to help track steps. It’s given so much more information. Can track sleep pattern and has really helped keep on track for exercise.

Great product that tracks sleep patterns, has vibrating alarms, HR, activity and the list goes on and on.

I can tap it twice and get time and my heart rate. I am keeping track of my steps with buddies and it makes great conversation encouraging others to exercise.

This Fitbit is easy to use. It’s smaller than my old one which is great and you can purchase additional bands for it. I love the silent alarm feature.

I embarked on a new fitness/health regimen and bought a FitBit, honestly thinking I'd probably not use it after a few days and could return it. However, I find it to be a great tool - I've got reminders set and it "tells" me when to get up and walk around, "rewards" my success, and is comfortable to wear - I keep it on all the time now, only taking it off to charge once a week. I absolutely love this thing. I did buy new bands for it so I can switch them out and it looks more like a bracelet - that plastic band it comes with is awful. Oh, and It also doubles as a watch!

had a great deal of trouble getting it all set up. had to go back to the store and had to insist best buy help get it working. now that it is working, it is great and my grandson loves it.

Easy to set up and has more detail on the display that my original Flex did. Ideal gadget to track fitness. I highly recommend. Only drawback is that the wristband itself scuffs easily but I'm not wearing it for fashion so it's only a minor factor.

Got this for my mother. Helps her keep track of her activities and encourages her to do more.

I purchased this within two weeks of puchasing the Alta, which didn't have a heart rate monitor. This one was not available and I didn't even know it was coming, so basically, this cost me double what it should have. I do like it but it has the same problem as the Alta - it pretty much never lights up with the wrist movement toward the face, as promised. That makes it pretty inconvenient as a watch. Otherwise, it's good for all the features it promotes.

We bought two fitbits to compete with each other's steps. They are comfortable, light weight, and the app is fun to play with. Unfortunately, the screens are not as responsive as I'd like them to be. Competition with friends and family is a blast.

I am very pleased with my Fitbit. Alta HR. It has become a great tool for me with my daily walks. My personal trainer has helped me utilize it in many other ways in respect to my workout.

My wife wanted one to help count her steps. And track her sleep. Did what she needed.

I have the regular Alta (no HR monitor) but bought this one for my mother-in-law for Christmas. It works very well and gives you a lot of information other than heart rate, such as active minutes and records your sleep patterns. My only complaint it some glitch between the Alta and the app, which you have to have to use the product. Apparently the time and the date is never correct on the Fitbit, even when it is synced. I have recently had th same issues with my regular Fitbit Alta. Overall, still a good product.

Easily trackers your steps and other activities. Will stay chargered for a few days.
