I purchased this to replace a Fitbit One. The unit does not track flights of stairs. That is missed. But the sleep works function works well, much better than the One. Overall I would buy it again.

I really love my fitbit. It makes me more aware and pay attention to my health.It is wonderful for motivation.It helps me focus and aware to move more.

This is a very good activity tracker with heart rate. The only minor issue I've had is that it seems to be slow to sync with my iPhone app.

The Alta HR does everything its meant to, from the notifications to tracking your sleep. A must have to reach your health goals whatever they may be!

This device does everything I need it to and more. The sleep tracking has to be my favorite feature aside from the product quality and durability. The battery life could have been better imo.
