I use the information from my Fitbit daily to track my habits. The Fitbit helps me to move more throughout the day. I don't know if I can be without a Fitbit. I like that I can change the bands on the Fitbit and it is so easy.

Even more discrepancy with step counting and activity measuring. Hard to know which is more accurate. Holds charge for a long time.

Only flaw is charging is a bit cumbersome - you have to align the clip with the contacts and it can be a challenge for a senior; this should support/have inductive charging.

I feel like this does just about the same for much less money. For Apple, you do have to have FitBit app open at all times to continue to sync when you have phone calls, get messages, or do step challenges but I haven’t noticed a difference in my phone battery because of it.
