Wanted to buy my mom an Apple Watch for Christmas but she said it would be too complicated. Bought her this and she loves her FitBit and uses it daily. It's perfect for the older crowd who may not be ready for a full fledged smart watch but want to track movement/sleep, etc.

This activity tracker does so much more than I really thought about when I purchased it. It's very comfortable and provides great feedback through out the day. After my heart attack, I wanted to keep an eye on my pulse rate and this watch gives a very accurate reading.

Purchased device to replace a previous capability which was now missing from my work-out regimen. Fitbit provides technological capabilities which will are essential in aiding me towards my future progress.

Upgraded my wife’s charge2 to a 3 when she caught her band on something and broke it, major props to Best Buy and Fitbit for their warranties as it was a straight swap due to the old model being out of stock. Highly recommend this product as either an upgrade or new purchase.

Watch is perfect in everyway for me. I don't know exactly why other people have a problem. I just in case take it off before I get into any water. Pretty accurate to step count. I just like that I can read my blood oxygen and sleep pattern better .

Easy to use and the face can be set to your liking which is uncommon. I bought one for a couple people in my family who are not as physically motivated as me. Helps keep them on track and we can hold each other accountable.

I bought this gift for my mom for her birthday. She really liked my smart watch, but did not like how big the watch face was for when she was sleeping. This fit bit has all the fitness aspects of the Versa, but has a smaller watch face. My mom absolutely loves it!

I like this version of Fitbit because it has a water resistant feature and it did away with the different sizes (large and small) by providing a wrist bands selection. However the bands could have been made better.

I have had this charge 3 for 10 months and the display started going dim in January until lit went totally black. I’ve had to help from fitbit. They say it’s a software issue and are working on a fix. What happens after April when my warranty runs out?? ( I have owned 3 got its previous to this one with no problem) Fitbit customer service has been continual canned messages with no response to a replacement.

My phone stops pushing updates to the device from time to time and i have to restart the app again so it would work. On top of that i have to keep bluetooth on all the time. Would have been better if it had wifi connectivity either.

I bought this mainly to track fitness but it says it also tracks messages and phone calls ... I never received 1 message and don’t receive 70% of the calls on this device. But that being said this is an amazing fitness tracker

While most of the watch kind of works, nothing works well. The screen went black after a month because it only had 40% charge, when I try to clear text messages it tells me to check my phone or wifi, even though I'm right next to it. You have to push a button to see the time or stats, and it only stays on for 2 seconds. The watch band is cheaper than the Charge 2, and I thought that was a piece of junk. And there are no instructions anywhere on how to turn off the silent alarm. All in all, very disappointing.

This is a perfect gift. The person who received this had one but was an older model that was not water proof. This one is perfect for day to day use as it should be to track your movements for more accurate readings.

Charge is a misnomer. It loses the charge faster than other versions. It takes much longer to charge and it is difficult to be sure you’ve lined up the points correctly. Otherwise it does its job well.

I bought the charge 3 after using the Alta HR for a while. I really like the size of the screen. It’s a huge difference when u compare it it the Alta HR. The only thing I don’t like is that at night if I move my arm it comes on and it’s really bright so it blinds me

Great but gave my son red spots/ rash underneath

I actually bought this for one my my kids who wanted to track steps and exercise (and wasn’t about to buy him an apple watch just yet!) iT’s perfect. The heart rate and text messages are a new added bonus which my older version of fibit I used to have. Did not include. He found it easy to use. The only issue is that it seems to either give him a rash underneath... or some sort of Electro magnetic thing happens which would cause red spots and issues on his wrist... not really sure. Could just be heat rash or having too tight? He hasn’t used it very often since unfortunately.

I upgraded from the fitbit Alta, to the Charge 3. Great decision. I love the added features that the Charge 3 brings. Especially the heart-rate tracker. You can set reminders and also get emails and texts thru the Charge 3. I highly recommend this device.

My husband has had this for several months. He is extremely active and this watch has kept up. He exercises 6 days a week and sweats a lot and the watch has remained efficient. He’s even swam with it in the pool a few times this month and no problem whatsoever.
