My Charge 2 stopped showing information on the screen though it still worked. Felt I had no choice but to purchase a new Fitbit. Not impressed. Charge 4 is out but for a lot more money so purchased one of the last Charge 3s. Because they try to fit so much on the small screen text is small. I had to google how to operate it because the instructions even on their website didn't provide details on what I was looking for. I would not buy again. I wish Fitbit would go back to the simple Charge 2 for those of us who don't want or need all the extras.

Got this tracker to monitor my pulse, but was surprised to find out I like the feature that reveals who is calling on my linked cell phone. Don't have to look at my phone and can see who is calling from my wrist and then decide if I want to pull out my phone.

This was a recent purchase for me, and it seems to preform well. Step count if accurate, heart rate, and other features are all satisfactory as well. Charging is quick, and last several days. I'd recommend this activity tracker.

This was a Christmas gift for my dad. He said he liked it but refused to where it because he said when it’s time for him to go for a walk the vibrations make him feel like he’s being shocked..LOL!!

Super comfortable watch, easy to use and keep up with a healthy lifestyle. Would definitely recommend. I also love the fact that they have so many different bands you can swap easily for a new look. Happy with my purchase.

Love this version! All the same features as the Fitbit 2 but also allows quick responses to text messages and the ability to select whether or not to answer the phone. (You can't use it talk like Apple but can choose for your phone to pick up or send to VM)

Works great. I wish has GPS built in and possibly some way to play music but that's not its primary function. It's a fitness tracker and it performs well. I downgraded one star only for the difficulty with the initial set-up.

I love this product. This is my first Fitbit and I am extremely happy with all the features. I wish it came with the Black/Rose Gold combination but it isn't a difficult fix. Considering buying one for my mom as well.

I bough this activity tracker for my wife on her birthday. She loved it. She loves how compact it which makes it easy to sleep with this on your wrist. It has pretty accurate heart rate monitor.

As for the band, time will tell. Other fitbits could make a band that lasted. For those that need reading glasses, the font is very small on the messages so good luck with that.

It tends to lock up when an update is loaded and requires reset. Also, just about every movement of my arm is counted as a step so it's not as accurate as I would like. I do like that it reminds me to get up and move.

Love the tracker, love the band style, but any time my arm is banged, one end of the band comes off and the tracker goes flying. I haven't tried the second band that comes with it yet to see if that one is any better.

Total piece of crap. Screen went black and didn’t reset. They sent a replacement. Now a few months later, the screen went white then black and you can no longer read the screen. And they won’t stand behind their product. Too much money for a watch to last only one year. Total crap. And Fitbit lost a whole family of customers.

I wanted a fitness watch I could use to track my fitness activities and goals but also wear to work and not be embarrassed. The Charge 3 looks great and I forgot I was even wearing it after the first couple of days. It's a perfect "Fit" for my lifestyle.

Was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I havent had any issues. Works great and looks great. The only reason it.got 4 stars was because a geek squad protection plan isn't offered with the Fitbit Charge 3

Great upgrade to the charge 2. I like all the information that’s easily accessible and the addition of the weather updates. After wearing this for several weeks now I am more conscious of my fitness and motivated to do more

This Fit Bit is better and faster than the original HR 2. It also connects to other apps seamlessly. I need an immediate heart rate monitor and this works well. I can also read my incoming texts on it. You can also choose the clock face you like best.

I have had this tracker for three weeks. The design is attractive and comfortable to wear. However, I have trouble scrolling to the mutliple screens and it freezes, making it completely useless. The "fix" is plugging it back in and holding the power button for 15 seconds. Once it came back, the tracker is now inaccurate. For example, today I walked 4000 steps and burned 4500 calories. Only in my dreams...
