I upgraded to the charge 3 from the charge 2 and I’m so glad I did! It is able to teach my heart rate even when my wrist is sweaty and has more options than the charge 2. I can even wear it in the pool.

Bought this to replace my Fitbit 2 as it would not sync completely to my phone. After a little time with Fitbit tech service I was able to get my 2 working but will keep the three as it has more capabilities.

We got it for my daughter who needed to keep an eye on her heart rate. Worked very well. Very accurate - Pulse on watch matched when measured by nurses at pediatrician and cardiologist offices and at school.

It has gotten me started on watching and logging what I eat and drink. I needed this and am interested. This forces me to walk more even though I fight it.

Nice sleek design choose this one because of that. Holds a charge for just about a week. And has all the features I need. All black and white faces but i knew that, I think that helps keep battery life.

I loved it the only reason why I didn't keep it was cuz I have a really small wrist and it was bruising my wrist cuz I think the face was too long! Had to get a squared like the ionic

The battery lasts so long i can't remember when i last charged it. If you don't mind leaving ypur phone's bluetooth on all the time then it has great syncing speeds.

I switched over from my iWatch to this and liked the long battery life... days before a recharge. The set up was longer than I think necessary.

My purchase of a Charge 3 replaced a Charge 2 that had provided me with information that resulted in medical diagnosis of a health issue that is being treated successfully with medicine. My initial reason in selecting a Charge 3 when my Charge 2 was fully operational was the ability to use the Charge 3 when exercising in a pool. Water aerobics is an integral part of my exercise program and having to remove the Charge 2 for that exercise did not provide me with information that I could use in evaluating the value of the exercise program. While the Charge 2 did provide e with information about my 'resting heart rate' that maybe, just maybe resulted in a life saving medical finding; the Charge 3 provides a full complement of information.

I don't know how this device has so many positive reviews. Fitbit must have planned obsolescence as part of it's marketing plan. This is my 3rd fitbit and the 5th between my wife and I. Only 1 of the 5 has made it past 1.5 years. 1st one (charge 2) broke early on and was replaced under warranty. Replacement charge 2 broke but just outside of the warranty so no dice. So I thought I would try the Charge 3.....hopefully new and improved. Constantly had sync issues with it. In the midst of trying to fix the issue, as per fitbit instructions, the screen went blank. Did all their trouble shooting steps per their support site. Called customer support and did the same steps and was then told since it is out of warranty (not by much) there was nothing they could do. Was finally offered a 25% discount on a limited number of products on their site. I was however offered a 40% discount on their oldest smart watch but only the purple color............REALLY!? I am a 54 yo professional man.........I am not wearing a purple watch. Buy only if you want an ok device and plan on a new one every 1-1.5 years.

Wearing my Fitbit and checking my information, reaching my step, water and sleep goals are extremely important to me. I only replaced it because I literally wore out my first one.

When the battery is low it overlaps with steps and when swimming the water pressure flips through the screens without me touching it. Like that it tracks the weight lost and the water ounces drank and how many days active on the screen. Like that it shows the weather, but wish it would update more frequently. Don't like that I have to push the start button twice to star my run, because first you have to connect the GPS and once you have that done you can start your run. Don't remember that from the previous model. Overall good product, much improved from the Charge 2. Time will tell if my screen remains, which was the issue with the previous model.

I haven't had an issue with the device. The battery lasts maybe 4-5 days depending on how you use it. Synchronization may be a little tricky sometimes if you don't leave the option to sync all day on.

Easy and comfortable to wear with good battery life. This tracker has improved from the Charge 2 by being water resistant. Now I don't worry as much if I splash water on it accidently.

I've had an apple iwatch in the past and it was just a little too much for me. Just wanted something simpler to track my fitness and wear to sleep. This is perfect and battery life is amazing!

Love the new design! It’s easy to use and set up. I like the new band think it will be easier to clean. I wish there had been more color options. I liked the blue gray band but didn’t want rose gold.
