I have my Fitbit Charge 3 less than a year and the strap split in two.

Only dock it 1 start because it doesn't offer all the date free, some more detailed data is available via subscription. (not my thing) Another part of the reason for the 1 star drop is they don't offer protection plans for these anymore. Have had issue in the past of quality of the builds, now no option to replace if bad, only option is to go through Fitbit themselves.

Loves my charge 2 and bought this mainly for underwater use like swimming. Love I can shower with it to.

It is easy to use and has several useful features as well as the app. I stopped using it because the steps were inaccurate. I expected some inaccuracy, but it was too noticeable. I had to get in the habit of taking it off every once in awhile because certain office task would generate steps for me. I also had some issues with it not responding.

I love the functions on this watch, the style and the color. The info says it will hold a charge for up to 7 days. I have yet to see this length of time even new out of the box once fully charged. It’s more like 4-5 days. Also, it will freeze up so you can’t swipe. You can fix it with a shut down/reboot of both watch and the phone it’s connected to, but still worth mentioning as a con.

Much better than the last fitbit i had. it hasn't been a year yet, and so i am still pleased with the speed of recharge, the variety of data options, and the connect to my phone. i continue to be unimpressed by fitbit's app and the syncing between the device and app.
