Seeing long-term trends is especially motivating it’s amazing to look back at years of data and realize how consistent I’ve been.
What really stands out is how Fitbit has grown with me. Whether I was focused on weight loss, training for events, improving sleep, or just maintaining general health, it adapted to my goals. It never feels overwhelming — just supportive.
