Tracks skin temperature variation but does not show actual temperature. Battery drains quickly if not on sleep mode. If you want to use reminder options or alarms, the battery needs charging daily. In sleep mode, the battery needs charging about every 4 days.

The only wish is that Fitbit would allow the watch to be used under a parental account, the only “parental” watches are the kids versions. So for now we are stuck with her mom getting all the health data on her phone and my niece only being able to use the watch screen.

It even monitors my sleep stages, which I thought was just on the more expensive models. For anyone who needs a simple heart rate monitor this should do the trick!
