It was a Birthday present for my mom. Was disappointed that it was a few days late, but overall she is happy with the product.

We looked several different kinds for it but she love this one so I bought this for my birthday.

My wife loves being able to track her sleep, heart rate, etc. It's definitely helped her chart her changes with taking care of our baby in the night.

I bought one for each of my grandsons 9 & 11. We have challenges and have enjoyed the closeness it's brought to the 3 of us.

I love all the features on this Fitbit. Great little device. I do wish you didn't have to take it off to charge it. You lose those steps.

Great simple tracker with minimum basic feature. It uses Mobile phone GPS and while riding bike it often disconnects GPS.

IT HAS TAKEN ME AWHILE TO LEARN HOW TO USE BECAUSE OF LOTS OF AREAS TO EVALUATE. I LIKE IT HELPS ME TO MOVE EXERCISE MORE.

None of the Fitbit web pages indicate the count of flights of stairs functionality, especially the Inspire and Charge 3. So no option is available to properly compare functionality between devices and you don't see that this is not available on the Inspire, until you buy it. Baad salesmanship from Fitbit, hiding important information such as this and then charging $50 more if you want stairs count.

The actual Fitbit is a nice product with nice features. The charger however is awful. The cord is super short and the magnet is super weak and there is no clip as part of it to hold the watch in place and keep it attached to the charger like the other Fitbit models have had. Have not had a chance to try it’s waterproof abilities because unfortunately it simply stopped charging on day 16. I tried different bases, outlets, positioning, etc. and nothing worked. Not sure if it’s the unit or the charger, but I was left with a dead Fitbit in just over two weeks. To add insult to injury, this when I discovered that the Best Buy return policy is 15 days! And the sales person in the store on day 18 said sorry, there is nothing they can do. If I had realized that in advance, I would have purchased it from another store. Very disappointed in the product, the policy and the customer service.

Bought for my girlfriend and she loved it she likes the fact that it vibrates on her wrist when someone texted her.

Great basic fit tracker. I am disappointed in the ability to read the tracker when out in the daylight.

I love my inspire hr. It's not as fancy and glamorous as the versa 2 but I like it and it does what I wanted it to

This works good for me. Only problem is on treadmill. I need to make sure I am swinging my arm to get steps.

Worked well until the band broke. Could not get a replacement.

At this time my Fitbit is doing great. They say 3rd times a charm. It is the first I bought at Best Buy but the third overall since February 2019.

I am not used to wearing a watch or anything on my wrists so I wanted something that wouldn't bother me, nice slim wristband.

Nice. sleek look with good function. A bit high priced for what it actually does, but will depend on how long it lasts.
