I like this fitbit. My favorite feature is the silent alarm and timer. It gives me the info I need and nothing more. However, I would recommend getting a warranty because the screen sensor starts having issues with scrolling over time. They need to fix this or provide instructions on how to preserve the screen's functionality.

Looks great and you barley know it’s on. It tracks heart rate and steps to a tee. If your looking for a great tracker this is it.

Works great! Tracks a lot of different things. The color was perfect not too bright and flashy.

Battery life isn’t what was advertised if you change the main display or use alert features but the app is great.

Thus is the second one I’ve bought in 2 weeks as first was defective. So much wasted time and poor return policy .

By monitoring my movement levels daily, I find I move more and more. I have lost 17 pounds in a healthy way and watch by heart rate.

The tracker itself is okay, and I like that I can see my steps/other info on the tracker itself. That being said, it’s AWFUL to charge, the prongs are kinda finicky to lineup and the tracker itself is heavy enough that it can fall off the charger. I personally also find it a bit uncomfortable, I preferred the less bulky fit of the Flex 2.

My daughter loves her Fitbit! She loves to see her steps and activity for the day. And it was a great price.

I had one of the original Fitbits that was 4 years old. It was still going strong but was given my aspire HR as a gift and love it.

I bought this a week ago. That night I tried for hours to sync to my phone and couldn’t. I called Fitbit and they realized it was defective and sent me a new one. Three days later I received the wrong color so they sent me a third one which was again defective. More than a week later I have no working Fitbit. I’ve spent way too many hours talking to their customer service who’s solution is to send me another one. Given their track record I’m sure It will be broken again but now they won’t even send me a refund.
