Although this does not do blood pressure, I figured heart rate was a close second. Happily it is the sleep data that has proved to be the most helpful. I didn't want to spend too much nor have another piece of technology to "answer to". This has worked well for me.

Love the sleep feature

I love the added sleep feature and the fact that it calculates my resting heart rate. My only criticism is that the battery life isn’t as long as I would like. I usually charge it every five days but if I’m in a pinch I can put it on the charger for 15 to 20 minutes to put some juice in it before I go for my walks
