it was a gift for my wife and she loves it, especially that its smaller and is out of the way unlike a normal watch.

Purchased to help monitor my stress levels in dealing with an aged parent who drives me nuts. Although this does not do blood pressure, I figured heart rate was a close second. Happily it is the sleep data that has proved to be the most helpful. I didn't want to spend too much nor have another piece of technology to "answer to". This has worked well for me.

I got this to replace my other Fitbit when I lost the little pedometer pill. I love the added sleep feature and the fact that it calculates my resting heart rate. My only criticism is that the battery life isn’t as long as I would like. I usually charge it every five days but if I’m in a pinch I can put it on the charger for 15 to 20 minutes to put some juice in it before I go for my walks

I forgot to make a review, for about 6 months it was great but now the battery dies faster and it incorrectly says I am doing swimming laps when I am actually jogging or fast walking. I mean it still works pretty decently. I like that it tells me the hours I have slept and it has a silent alarm.
