    This is watch is great for older and aging parents because you can see how much moving they are doing. The watch encourages them to move and you can set a alert if they are moving too much. Meaning their heart rate is in the red too long. I didn't give it 5 stars because the bands can be irritating. But this was a great gift for my mom. She loves it. I gave my best friend one last year.
