Great smartwatch. My daughter loved it. Only complaint I have is setup could be a little easier. Once set up, my daughter loved the style and functionality.

Overall it is a great watch. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that it does not count steps correctly when indoors.

The product itself is great. The only bummer was when I received a text saying this Review is more about experience at Bestbuy. Curbside was ready. When I got to the store I waited 1.5 hours I was told it had been picked up. Then i find out the product was available at a different location ( never got an update), so I had to drive to that location. Something that I thought would take 15-20 minutes ended taking 2.5 hours. Still happy:)

I knew that which Fitbit I wanted to purchase. When I entered the store, the greeter asked if I needed help. I replied that I was interested in the Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch and he directed to the area only to find them locked in a cabinet. The greeter knew that they were behind a locked case and did not offer assistance. I then had to wait an extended time to get someone to open the cabinet. He could have easily gone the extra effort. Love my fit bit versa 2. It is perfect for my afternoon walks with the family. It also looks cute in a casual outfit. Definitely recommend!

Nice fit bit , great service in ordering it over the phone and then picking up really quickly.

Love the always on display and the watch bands it comes with a great too. I like the watch faces compared to other smart watches out there.
