I ordered this product because I have started running and I've been looking for an easy way to keep my phone on me as well as keep it weatherproof. I thought this was perfect since the listing stated it came with a weatherproof cover and even showed the cover in the main image. However when I got my item, there is no weatherproof cover. The product number and model number of what I got and the item I ordered both match. I contacted customer service about this and they shipped me another one. However I got the exact same item (no weatherproof case). I am severely disappointed and will be returning my product as the only reason I purchased this item was because it came with a weatherproof case. The product does come with adapters for different mounts (like bikes), a band, and the back case to put your phone in. However you will most likely need to take your phone out of any case it is in to fit it in this back case.
