    I ordered a 3D printer on December 9th with a promised delivery date of December 20th, but I still haven’t received the full order. The company shipped the product in multiple packages on different days, which caused major delays and confusion. I needed the printer by the promised date, and their poor shipping process completely ruined my plans. Very disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication.
