Might air up a mini beach ball in about an hour

I have a fear of being stranded on the side of a road with a flat tire. I've had 2 very inconvenient flats in my life, 1 being at work when I was the last to leave at 1am. It was winter and our temperatures were in the negatives. I had a spare, but it was so cold that my fingers quickly became so sore that I couldn't grip anything. After getting back in the car to warm my hands up, then getting out and trying again so many times, I gave up and called roadside assistance. My 2nd was when my tire blew out on the highway. I travel long distances at night, and frequently on back country roads. I'm a tiny woman, so the thought of being stranded gets scary. I thought this would bring me peace of mind, but I don't think it has enough power to blow up a pool raft. Let alone air up an 18" tire. The "powerful light" is a joke. I can look directly into the light with no eye strain whatsoever. Not even enough light to read a book for the 4 or 5 hours it would take to air my tires. Also, no instructions, and there is a brand name shown on the hard case in the image here, but none on the hard case that I received. I REALLY wish I tested it within the return window...

It doesn't look durable. Beside that, some parts (needle fittings) keeps falling of the box. Also, the box came with no user manual.
