A scientist is trying to make a breakthrough in teleportation and does not realize he teleport s a fly with him. The machine fuses him and he starts to turn into a human fly and tries to use his girlfriend to become normal again in the pods

Has to be one of the best horror films ever made. Great remake of the old movie that gets it right. Great practical effects. Disturbing scenes and Jeff Goldblum really does an amazing acting job. Not much of an improvement over the DVD image quality but it does look better. Got it at a great price so I am more than happy.

I personally think this was the coolest looking steelbook of all the these newly released horror films. Good price as well at 9.99 for the classic 80s horror film. Again, my minor gripe is that a digital copy was NOT included.

This is definitely a classic horror. The creature effects are out of this world and Jeff Goldblum knocks it out of the park. I enjoyed listening to the commentary about the making of the film and the deleted scenes, who ever thought you could do THAT to a monkey?!

The remake of the fly has everything going for it. A great cast, great special effects, and a great and emotional story. Jeff Goldblum does a great job of having the audience feel for his character as he is going through the changes of becoming the fly.

This is for the cool “Halloween Art” edition of the Blu-ray. Anyway, if you’ve watched Rick and Morty and they refer to “Cronenberg World”, this is where the concept stems from. Classic remake of a classic monster movie.

Out of the 16 different horror movies bestbuy released this year for Halloween the fly is my favorite I do recommend grabbing all 16 different horror movies there each $10 & each on Blu-ray steelbook

While seeming like a body horror upfront it is ultimately a love story that is heartbreaking. That is what separates this film from the rest. Highly Recommended

instant classic had to have this in the collection still probably one of the most cringiest movies till this day that's a movie that will stand the test of time

This is one of my favorite movies, but it's not for the fain of heart. The gore is extreme in this one, but the story and effects are phenomenal!!! If you haven't seen it I highly suggest you check it out!

Cronenberg's remake of The Fly is a gory classic. A relativly simple premise with layers of character development and atmosphere. Highly recommended for horror fans who like a little depth.

An old time original classic that has just enough grossness to keep you on the edge of your seat. If u hate houseflies you’re really gonna hate them after this movie..

This movie keeps you in suspense about an error that happens during teleportation between two points. The special effects are shocking and add to the intensity of the film.

Just as good as the original film. This flick is everything a remake should be. It's different enough to stand on its own, yet pays tribute to the original. A blast!

I'm not sure if there are any other releases of this one on Blu Ray, so I don't know what to compare it to. It looks decent but not as good as I was hoping. At least it was a pretty cheap release and it does look better than the DVD release I bought years prior. One thing I did notice that the disk plays a bit loud on some of my stand-alone Blu Ray players. That is something to take into consideration if playing it in a smaller room where external noise might have an effect on your viewing enjoyment. I would really only recommend this release if you didn't already own a copy or could get it for cheap like I did.

Not the Vincent Price you grew up with. With gore galore to prove it. Though the performance from Jeff Goldblum will haunt you all the way through. A fun time during the Halloween season. Just don't eat anything while you're watching !

Cronenberg's finest film. 80s masterpiece. Look great on Blu-ray. Can't wait til it comes out on 4K.

I had to pick this up for Halloween because I love this director and of course Jeff Goldblum in this remake of a classic film which has become a classic in its own right.

The Fly is a classic for sure. Filled with amazing acting, special effects, music and one of the most heartbreaking endings in a genre film. Get this one for sure!
