If it's passed the return period it is certainly covered under the one year manufacturer's warranty it comes with. It seems very nice, but the tablet doesn't necessarily fit the case. One corner is slightly out of the case, not enough that it doesn't stay on, but still slightly off none the less.

Quality seems ok and I think I would have been satisfied had it fit.

Did not fit the Insignia Flex 10.1
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you're going to make to make a tablet with different form factor than the original, they should have chosen a different name to further differentiate... Having one tablet called the "Insignia Flex 10" and another one called the "Insignia Flex 10.1" would usually imply some level of compatibility between them (like how my old iPhone 3GS could fit in a case made for the iPhone 3). But nope. Totally didn't fit at all. It appears that they don't make just the "10" anymore, so it appears this case is completely useless.

Then over the year it proceeded to crack and pieces would fall off. It is better to go on E-Bay and spend $10 on a quality cover. I now know better
