I had sales clerk reset and seemed to work. The watch is not doing what it's supposed to. Does not alert me when call comes in.

This watch never pairs with mobile

I purchased this watch online through best buy. Whenever i try to pair it with my phone through the fossil q app, it never pairs. Had a hard time trying to pair it with my phone. Called the customer care and they told to return the product. Ive read many similar reviews about this watch not pairing up with phone.
