Everything about our home theater is first class and Magnolia and the entire team were punctual, informative, and perfectionist about the install.

I was impressed with the work but upset that a longer hdmi cable were required for in wall mounting and they were selling them for 59 bucks and I needed 3. So now I just have cords hanging and will do it myself. He was nice and ran a cat5 cable so we can easily pull the new hdmis through the wall. Only other thing I thought was odd was that I had to help with the install as far as picking up the tv because he came alone.

I knew what I wanted. I'd already done the research. The Home Experts helped me check measurements to assure it would fit in the space. They were very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable.

I have been wanting to buy cameras for my place in Florida for some years I had them at the house in Delaware I just moved to Florida it’s nice to have the security of my home cameras I can keep an eye on my home even when I’m not there I highly recommend them for anybody who’s interested in home security

The salesman actually listened to me as I explained that too many options confuse me. He did not overwhelm me with bell and whistle options once I told him my needs.

We needed help outfitting our new home with appliances. Angela came out, measured and advised us on what choices we had! Professional, timely and worth the time to have her input!

They were excellent! Actually better than I thought. They set up 2 tvs and a surround sound. They walked me through everything and left their card for questions. Total tech is definitely worth it!

I cannot thank Caleb and the installers enough for the knowledge with the tv and professional install. There were a couple of small issues installing the tv but they worked it out and I couldn't be happier.

We didn't want to try mounting a TV on the fireplace in our new home. While we were looking at TVs and mounts an associate suggested we ask the in home consultant and he told us he had handled that task before. He came and explained the benefits of how he would do the installation and began the work. Everything went great. It was also much cheaper than we expected.

Everyone, starting from the in store salesmen, in home technical advisor and installers were completely knowledgeable and made a hard TV buying decision easy and enjoyable. I will always buy my tech items from Best Buy!

Home theater 5.1.2… Shoaib was very helpful! Great communication at every step! Even after install, quick with helping swap out a couple of speakers and set up delivery etc. Will work with again and recommend highly!

Bought a new refrigerator for our client, the delivery was good, the people who installed it where knowledgeable and helped the customer to understand the controls and how to use it before they left. I will be using best buy again.

Ryan was incredible in understanding my needs for my new home. He explained my options without pressure and spoke in a way that I clearly understood. With so many options in TVs and entertainment centers now, I could never have figured everything out on my own. He was fantastic.

Had 3 new tvs, four tv mounts, 9 ceiling speakers installed in a new home all connected to an existing stereo system. Also had a counter depth refrigerator installed. All came together beautifully. Looks great, sounds great.
