My old printer from Best Buy finally kicked the bucket after many good years. I bought a new one at Best Buy and had the Geek Squad come set it up for me. I am so pleased that I don’t have to stress in doing it myself!

Jacob and John did a great job installing our Samsung Frame TV. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They completed the job quickly and cleanly.

Bought a LG refrigerator. The installers, Darwin and Louis, where very very nice, clean in the installation process and on time. Very happy with them.

Erick and his assistant came to my house in east point and did a marvelous job of installing my smart light bulbs, Flat screen TV, out door smart lighting and a security ring camera. There was a minor problem with two TVs and some signal issues, but they resolved the problem. Glad I went to Best Buy’s

The guys at Best Buy did an amazing job with my in home consultation and installation. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how they did everything they could to get me the best prices for my theater. Moe (my representative) always kept me informed and price matched items that helped me stay within my budget!

Liked the consultant and the installers but the product has had a couple of hiccups. First the Sonos bar stopped working, then the TV wouldn’t connect to the WiFi so no Netflix or Amazon Prime. This makes me worry because no one could walk me thru anything to repair it. I called Samsung & they walked me thru things & all was in working order after that call.

Richard is an amazing professional! Communication is top notch! Timelines was perfect! Can’t say enough about this wonderful gentleman. He chose the installer and Shane was as wonderful with installing! Clean professional and very good teacher.

Rob recommended a great home theater system for my home and I love it. Great video and sound in my new home. Very happy. Will call again for a security system.

The consultant was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and set up the tv and sound at quickly. He was also very helpful in programming the tv. He was very pleasant and courteous.

Sony A80j OLED is amazing - such a great picture out of the box and the Geek squad was great- Sebastian was terrific as was his partner Mike. They explained everything and made sure all was in working in proper order before they left! A+

Best Buy was able to arrange delivery and installation of my new TV through a third-party company. They were professional and went above-and-beyond in routing my wires so they were hidden and neat. They even wall-mounted my sound bar!
